Framed by Sustainable Transformation of Agricultural Systems through Innovation in Southeast Asia (SUSTAIN Southeast Asia), SEARCA's 12th Five-Year Development Plan charts a progressive path for agri-food system transformation.
Delivered through research, capacity building, and innovation—with a strong policy orientation—the Plan advances four key outcomes: increased farmers' incomes, improved food and nutrition security, enhanced climate resilience, and empowered stakeholders.
Together, these outcomes lay the groundwork for policy reforms and targeted investments that will drive resilient, inclusive, and innovation-led agriculture and rural development across Southeast Asia.
